Kale .... a micro nutrient super food bomb





Kale, why is it important? read on...

like meat, kale contains all 9 essential amino acids needed to form the proteins within the human body: histidine, isoleucine, leucine, lysine, methionine, phenylalanine, threonine, tryptophan, valine – plus, 9 other non-essential ones for a total of 18. 



It has has a good quantity of Omega 3 fatty acids
Not to mention its super vitamin dose
And lets not forget about the minerals

Kale is a highly recommended vegetable.
