Black and white super foods?

I think white tea qualifies as a super food as opposed to being made from leaves, white tea is made from the bud! It is loaded with phytochemicals which are bioflavanoid antioxidants, whats more it is low in caffeine as compared to green tea. Great way to load your self with anti oxidant agents.

White and brown rice we like but what about black rice? black rice with little purplish shade to it is a superior rice as compared to the other two. It contains unusual fiber and iron content but that's not all black rice contains "anthocyanins" which are again superior antioxidants which have anti inflammatory properties which eliminate the ever damaging free radicals and maintains the health of the arteries and looks after both the cardiovascular as well as the brain functions.
