A superfood dish in 5 minutes....charge yourself instantly


All you need is a can of chick peas, fresh small juicy onion, a  tomato, fresh lemon, finely beaten fat free yogurt for a dressing effect, a little black pepper, salt and a small green bell pepper. Dice your onion and throw it in the bowl of chickpeas add pepper and salt and lemon juice and add diced bell pepper and top it off with the beaten yogurt dressing. you will feel energized by this super food and the energy will last, unlike carb energy which comes and goes quickly.
