It is the most recent addition to my list of power foods...why? because it has more to offer for immunity and metabolism than any other food, other than that it contains high quantities of calcium, almost 400 percent more than milk and and 400 percent more vitamin C than oranges. whats more moringa tree leaves have more iron than spinach, more potassium than bananas and more vitamin A than carrots, not to mention abundant proteins which are even more than those present in eggs or milk. Highly recommended. Its available mostly in powder forms.
