Celebrity super foods...what do they eat?


When  the likes of Gwyneth Paltrow and Heidi Klum explaining the the benefits of kale this unnoticed and poorman's veggie has attained super status.

Avocados: Former Spice Girl Victoria Beckham has been quoted as saying she eats avocado and uses it as a facial mask too. Why are avocados buzz-worthy?Avocados provide nearly 20 essential nutrients including fiber, potassium, vitamins E and B, as well as folic acid.
